When we receive the completed form, we’ll contact you before making a delivery or, if we’ve issued you an online ordering password, we’ll deliver to you with no further contact.
Terms and Conditions
The form includes a comment field where you can give us specific directions or make special requests. Generally speaking, when we receive an on-line order we make the delivery the next time we’re in your area on a regularly scheduled route and we’ll automatically fill the tank to its capacity unless otherwise instructed on the request form. Keep in mind that we have minimum delivery requirements (50 gallons for a 120 gallon tank; 100 gallons for a 250 gallon tank; 200 gallons for a 500 gallon tank and 400 gallons for 1,000 gallon tank). In these challenging times we recognize the need to be flexible, so ask if you need something less than the minimum and we’ll certainly consider your request.
If you’d like us to make a delivery “off-route”, meaning that you need it before your regularly scheduled day or after hours, there may be additional charges.
Please give us as much advance notice as possible. We may not be able to respond immediately if you request a delivery on the same day you need the delivery. If you need it the same day, please call and we’ll do our best to fit you in – but no guarantees!

By offering a variety of payment options, we have a payment plan for everyone. In addition to accepting checks in the mail and cash, checks or credit cards in the office, we have several plans available for your convenience.
You can also log-in and view your account. Before you can view your account or make online payments, you must call us to register so that we can provide you with your Customer ID and Password. You can change your initial password by selecting the “Change Password” button at the bottom of your account screen.
Once in your account, you can check your balance, look at the last 20 transactions, see your tank information and make a payment with your credit card or through your bank account.

- Complete a Payment Authorization Form asking us to automatically charge your credit card or bank account each time an invoice is generated.
- Sign up for our Budget Payment Plan, where you pay an equal amount every month to spread the cost of high winter useage over time.
Our payment terms are Net 10 and we charge a finance charge and may stop service if we haven’t received payment within 30 days; but with all of these easy payment plans, there is a convenient option that will work for everyone!

We can also take the worry out of making payments by arranging to automatically charge your credit card or bank account whenever an invoice is generated. If you want, your emails and statements can be delivered directly to your email box – at no extra charge.
Of course not everyone has joined – or even likes – the new computer generation. We still do billing and accept payments through the mail for your convenience. We aim to please!
