Job Description
At Barrett Propane Prescott, we are currently seeking an experienced Engineer II / III - Overhead Engineering & Design to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform engineering calculations and analysis to develop designs for overhead systems
- Create detailed drawings and schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate alternative design options
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors and suppliers, to ensure timely execution of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in overhead engineering and design
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- Experience in the propane or energy industry
